This Malay baby girl weighed 2.66kg. Because it was small and the mother has already given birth to 3 previous children, this baby literally popped out, causing no vaginal tears - so less work for me as no suturing afterwards. I was so proud of myself! I tried to make her look more attractive, but she wouldnt stop sucking her hands cos she was hungry.

How could you say it was your first baby? It sounds like you were saying you have given birth to a baby.
